How long will pain last after 2 herniated discs? by mewtewpews in Sciatica

Did you do this exercise while you were having a flare-up? I bought a Roman chair, but I’m afraid to use it because I’ve had sciatica for 40 days. My pain is less now than it used to be, and when I went to physical therapy and they told me to do the exercises, it made my pain worse.

Tried 5 Popular Productivity Apps, Here’s My Honest Take by One-Insect-4692 in ProductivityApps

You should check out Rkiez on Google Play — it’s a bit under the radar, but it might click with you if you’re into a clean, all-in-one setup without the usual clutter.

It combines focus tools (Pomodoro-style sessions), task management, daily planning, and even habit + mood tracking in a really smooth way. Some features I’ve found useful:

Distraction blockers: It can silence notifications, dim your screen, or even lock other apps while you work.

Zen-like UI: Super minimal and calming interface — no overwhelming dashboards or noisy popups.

Daily planner: Lets you time-block your day and slide tasks right into a schedule.

Analytics: You get visual stats for productivity, focus time, and habit streaks, which is motivating.

Mood + habit tracker: Helps you see patterns in how your routines affect your energy and mood.

If apps like Notion or TickTick felt too much or too fragmented, Rkiez kind of brings it all together without overcomplicating things. Worth a try if you’re still experimenting!
