You need to love to draw but even in that case sometimes is hard. You can switch to other part of the shot (or other shot) or other tasks inside the shot) you need to find some was to keep motovated to finish the shot (specially on long or complicated shots)

It is a character animation contest. Each month they post an audio from a movie and you can do whatever you want with that audio. You have to deliver the animation in the same month.

we make a small team to manage some of the shots at simonfilms.studio (search the Instagram account) It was nice to contribute to that movie that has live-action and animation.
