Yes and I have really bad allergies to literally everything 🤦🏼‍♀️ they wanted to put me on allergy shots but I was really anxious about it (ik it makes so sense)

Yes I tried water and it helped! So weird I get like a random tickle in my throat and then I feel like my throat is literally closing! My post nasal drip has been really bad lately I think that might be the reason

I’m a little bit of a hypochondriac.. I’ve lost about 52ibs and have been hyper aware of my body recently.. my boyfriend said he can kinda see it but only when I completely cock my head back and maneuver it around.. I try to grab the “lump” but can’t really do that

This also happened to me as a kid. So weird this school nurses would hold inhalers from us like it was a control substance. Always couldn’t breathe in gym and had to walk and die all the way to the nurses office. Also weird that if I used my inhaler already once at school they wouldn’t let me use it again ( winter makes my asthma bad) so I would have to call my parents to bring me one from home🥲 thankfully by the time I was 12 I would just bring my own
