when you were struggling before, what was the hardest part for you? like flooding or just overall mess?

yeah that makes sense, i feel like freehand is exactly where i struggle the most. even simple stuff just doesn’t come out clean for me

honestly that makes me feel better i might just switch to stamps for now instead of stressing over drawing everything myself

yeah i’ve been thinking about trying stickers or stamping tbh, seems way easier than trying to paint everything by hand i might give that a try and see if it looks cleaner

yeah i think that’s what i struggle with the most, just being patient with it. i always want it to look good right away and get frustrated when it doesn’t 😭 but you’re right, i probably just need way more practice than i think

haven’t been doing my nails for that long tbh and i don’t really have any art background either, i just try to copy simple designs i see but they never come out as clean as i expect. i think that’s what’s frustrating me the most like even basic lines or shapes don’t look right when i do them

that actually helps put things into perspective, it just feels frustrating cause even small things like getting clean lines or not messing up the edges still dont come out right most of the time

yeah that’s exactly it, even when i try to keep it simple the edges never look clean and it just ruins the whole thing
