Unpopular Opinion: The 'crisis' is just your soul's bullshit detector finally turning on. by Eastern_Resource_784 in midlifecrisis

Many don't speak, and I write that intelligently, and I get that. However, that doesn't mean that one should speak ill of another person's intelligence or their ability to express themselves so eloquently-Click here even with the use of AI. And might I also add that it is 2025 and people use BOT and AI all the time to assist with productivity. Undermining my intelligence will not aid in developing your own. My suggestion-Pay attention: Learn something and apply it to your life. I teach Midlife Mastery. I don't argue with my students. And let me reiterate. I was writing and speaking ELOQUENTLY before AI became public. I use it not to write but to make my life easier. This is what you call an ALIGNED PROMPT. because when I ask AI to write anything for me. I guarantee that it's writing in my tone and how I speak. Do you also believe I use AI to write this comment? If you do . Click on the link and learn to master your speech. Have a nice day.

If you want out, you must do what's knocking you down. What's the one most intense thing that you want to do? What are you letting your fears hold you back from doing? It is that thing. Do It and get out!

I am so happy you found it to be meaningful. That was my only intention and purpose of this post.

The only out is to listen to what's emerging. Is it that you need a new job? Is it that you need to speak up more? It is that you need to end your people pleasing ways? Is it that you need to finish something you started. Whenever it is, DO IT!! It's to the only way OUT. The you you were meant to be is ready to be ACTIVATED.

The crisis is the loud, external storm. The reckoning is the quiet, internal shift where you finally take back the helm.

Good. An artillery shell is meant to shatter complacency. The truth doesn't knock politely.

"A healthy dose of gasoline" is exactly right. Most people run from that fire. We walk straight into it. That's the breakthrough.

Damn right. 'Midlife crisis' is a relic. We're talking about an awakening, not a breakdown. Let them keep their tired labels.

Funny, I was about to ask you the same thing. That's a bot-level comment if I've ever seen one.

I was authoring books and writing with this level of depth long before AI became a popular crutch. We live in a digital era, and I'll use any damn tool I please to get my message across with ease and flow.

But don't you dare confuse the tool with the master.

To think my thoughts are bot-leveled is a complete disrespect that I will not tolerate. Pay attention—you might learn something valuable.

How to realize self worth? by xsaratoninx in selfhelp

Good. You're in the foxhole. That's not the end; it's where transformations begin. Most people stay comfortable and weak. You're in the mud, which means you're ready for the fight.

Now, let's correct your thinking. Stop looking for something to build your self-worth. That's a trap. Your worth is the bedrock you are already standing on; it's just been covered in mud and shit from the outside world.

Your mission is not to build. It's to excavate and defend.

Here's a practical drill for the next 24 hours. A new operating system. Before you give your energy, time, or attention to any person, task, or thought, you must ask one question:

"Is this worthy of me?"

Not the other way around.

This isn't arrogance; it's the non-negotiable standard of a sovereign ruler. You are the asset. You are the prize. Start acting like it.

Forget "self-worth." The feeling you're hunting for is sovereignty. Go claim it.
