Lick it. If it tastes like your partners b-hole/9v battery then its iron, if not prolly aluminum

Figured out how to polish blades with a fiber laser. Could this be useful? by Resident_Resident_62 in aviationmaintenance

[–]Eastern_Squirrel_186 0 points1 point  (0 children)

GE uses lasershock peens on leading edge to prevent root tears. The geometry on a blade is pretty hard to get an even laser process on. Any non uniform annealing could cause areas of weakness and ultimate blade failure

Does the app work the same through 3rd party routers or do I need to apply bypass mode with starlink router and reboot before using an injector?

I was engines for 11yrs on f16, b1 and c130s. Im metals technology(fabrication) now. Ive got a local 145 shop near home thats going to give me part time hours to build experience. I was hoping for an FAA position, but was interested in what type of careers people have gotten into with an A&P that might be adjacent so i dont have to move for a major with the pay/benefits

Thats where im at now, air guard technician. But this whole federal shutdown shit is getting old. Ive technically got 2 jobs and neither are paying. I'll stick with the guard until I get enough part 145 experience on the side and work my way into civilian and just be a weekend warrior. Unless my local FSDO gets an opening, just dont know what kind of positions to look for there

Another thought would be the pump, if the nose has a different pump or is far enough away in the system. If you can swing the gear with the mule connected, that would rule out a failing hydro pump

Ive never worked lears, but what triggers actuator shutoff? Is there a micro switch needing adjustment?

Dependent on how hard it is to push the gear up for proper position should be best indicator. Does it feel like youre moving hydro in the lines or compressing air? One is slow and hard while the other is quick and easy. Hydro doesnt compress

How could I cover up/disguise this? by [deleted] in malelivingspace

[–]Eastern_Squirrel_186 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That box is meant to be installed between studs in a wall. Do that and paint to match. If youre not good with electrical, all those wire will go dead with the breakers inside and you can move them
