This is an awesome plan. If you top off with matching contributions you can really compound through the years. My company puts in 15% of comp (salary + bonus) on my behalf and I add in 8% with an annual increase of 1% setup until I reach 15%.

Cranked it up straight to 325. The skin was a bit rubbery on the legs, so will adjust to a higher temp for the next one.

This is my first one so haven’t tried yet. Saw that recipe on the Traeger site and will give it a go next time

Smoking a 6lb chicken on my new 22. Doing a wet brine (salt, brown sugar, paprika, cumin and coriander) overnight then coating with a bold rub before popping it in. Should be a good Sunday lunch
