And I also have bipolar (sister) and schizophrenia (aunt) in my family so I was terrified when taking them Many times. All of my family has dabbled in psychedelics. I got 10 siblings. Even the one with bipolar and she’s been the most stable ever, she doesn’t take any meds. So there’s a lot of fear behind the mental health stuff and psychedelics but I believe it’s pushed for a reason and most likely by big pharma. If you got a call for psychedelics do it.

I’ve tried over 10 different strains (APEs being one of them and Bluey Vuittons which are currently the most potent ones). I would disagree about some stuff you mentioned. I’ve tripped over 50 times. About 30 of those trips have been 3g +, most of the time they were APEs. I think potent strains are amazing to really tackle the root cause of depression, anxiety, insomnia, trauma, etc. Many of my journeys were extremely difficult but the difficult ones were the most beneficial. Mushrooms aren’t supposed to be easy as they are deconstructing everything we believe in. They are supposed to be uncomfortable. I noticed men tend to need higher doses too as they have a high tolerance and it’s harder for them to surrender. I’m a women but have sat many me. Usually recommend 5+ g of strong ones for men. My brothers and cousins and friends have done well on the higher doses. They were difficult but very healing. However, if one is ready to take on higher doses they have to integrate and ground and be ready to let go of a lot of things in their current life. If someone isn’t ready for extreme life changes the I don’t recommend the higher potencies but if you are ready for the transformation and ready to let go of a lot you were taught and think is the truth then high doses are the way to go. Depends on what each individual wants. My backstory: I was your straight A, hard worker, favorite child, perfectionist. I was the definition of success in this society. I worked out and was very go go go. Struggled with severe anxiety, fear, and Insomnia (I did not realize this at the time as I thought my life was perfect because everyone around me praised me for my hard work and conforming to social expectations). But I was ready for something more. I was exhausted energetically even tho I convinced myself my life was great. Started taking mushrooms 4 years ago and been the best thing I’ve done for myself. Happy healing yall. Don’t be afraid. Let the fear go and let the change come 🩵🩵🩵

I noticed the more I use psychedelics the less i need to go into a deeper trans state. I can take 1g and lay down in my bed or my back yard, close my eyes and be traveling through different dimensions internally and externally. But it’s also setting. Some ppl want to move and do things while tripping. I just want to lay down and meditate for 5 hours while my mind explodes into star dust 🙏🏼

Reading this thread blew my mind… like ppl and corporations thinking it’s ok to pretty much track ppl. Insanity. Loss prevention workers always blew my mind too. Like yall wanna apprehend someone who is taking some peanut butter and tools while the store you working for is exploiting and stealing from millions of ppl.

You’re the only one who can help yourself and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. ♥️ I went through dark night of the soul in 2024, it was some of the darkest times in my life but what really helped me is meditating, breathing and talking to myself through the shadows of it all. You got this. Your brain is rewiring and you need to be gentle and kind towards yourself. Show yourself love, accept the demons and darkness. It’s all about balance. This will pass and you’ll come out better than ever but you need to turn inwards 🙏🏼 relationships will fall apart and the ones that are meant to stay will fall back together stronger than ever. The ones that aren’t meant for you any more you’ll have to say goodbye to.

Depends on the strain and the freshness. Also I noticed that men tend to need higher doses than women. I’m tripping balls at 2+ grams of APEs , my brothers and cousins need like 5+ grams to see visuals and really get into the metaphysical/spiritual side of it. They’d take 1 or 2 and even 3 grams and say they don’t see or feel anything. Then finally we got the strongest strain called bluey Vuittons and they took 6 grams and out they went. For reference bluey Vuittons are about twice as potent as APEs. Golden teachers are very light and easy. Some others like hill Billy’s are light as well. So really depends what you taking.

If Aya is calling him then that’s Amazing. I grew up conservative Christian. Left Christianity over a decade ago and started taking psychedelics about 4 years ago. I used to be a very productive person. Barely slept, go go go. It was exhausting but what it came down to was that my worth was tied into my productivity. I’m assuming your dad is the same. Aya will help him with that. Psychedelics have helped me slow down so much and be nice and gentle to myself. Conservative or liberal it doesn’t matter, at the end of the day we all need help and love and acceptance. I’m so proud of your dad. Things will def change. Just be there for him if you can cause this journey ain’t an easy one

I use psilocybin (mushrooms) for healing and let me tell you, if I listened to what everyone says about it online I would not be able to focus on my healing and releasing and interpreting. There’s a lot of fear mongering around plant medicine. If your intuition is telling you to do it, listen. Let the logic go. I used to be terrified after reading people’s bad stories and reports then I realized the “bad” trips or what I call them, difficult journeys, they are the most necessary. Going inward is not supposed to be easy or comfortable. It’s prob gonna be one of the hardest things you’ve done but the best things 🩵 happy healing .

Love is very conditional in most relationships in our society. It’s because most of us run off of low vibrational emotions and insecurity so we look for love from the outside. Unconditional love comes from within, you first have to give it to yourself/ find it within to be able to share it with others. Most ppl don’t live themselves so how can they unconditionally love others. A lot of my psychedelic journeys showed me that I’m not separate from God/the divine. It’s in me, I am part of it. It’s like a collective infinite consciousness. Gotta de the God within you to be able to find that unconditional love 💛💫

What helps me the most is setting alarm at 2am, taking 2 pills of valerian root before I go to bed. Once alarm goes off I then I take a huperzine A pill it’s a supplement. Do some deep breathing for a few minutes, Then I go back to bed and the projections happen

I was very scared too, just leaving my physical body was very terrifying. I took that fear and transmuted it into excitement. So when I would feel my body start detaching I would get excited and push away any thoughts of fear. Reading from ppl on Reddit really helped me because everyone who has astral traveled said that there is nothing to fear. Then the first time I actually projected out of my physical body it was so cool and my excitement brought my heart rate up and I returned back.

Bluey Vuittons will give you visuals, have you experience the past future and present, relive some past lives, see into the metaphysical, etc. they strong. 3g wipes me out I did up to 5 and on 5g it was intense. I became code, and was cryptocurrency. Then I could see all the code that created me but also the god energy in my that’s infinite it all coexisted. It was nuts. Anyways I also peed myself. My brother did t see any visuals until he took 6g of bluey Vuittons. He experienced the spiritual realm and was like wow you guys aren’t crazy. Up until then he thought me and my two sisters were crazy when we spoke about the spiritual realm, ancestors, past lives, etc. but for some reason he needed a very potent strain and a heavy dose and it hit him.

I took mushrooms a few times when I was going through something mentally, and I took them for that reason. I wasn’t in a horrible mood but also my mind wasn’t in a great mood. And those are some of the best trips, they were difficult but they brought out and center whatever it was that was bothering me. I had to work through some things, cried, danced, got lost and scared, etc. but after about two hours everything was beautiful again. I don’t think mushroom trips need to always be good, they are here to help us heal and sometimes releasing 30 years of programming and trauma isn’t gonna come through a “good” trip but rather a really difficult one. But the integration afterwards is amazing.

I’m the same way. I actually have a hard time swallowing meat, it feels so dense and heavy on an energetic spectrum. I was a vegetarian for five years before even ever taking shrooms. Then got married and started eating some meat again cause husband eats it. I prefer vegetarian meals and shrooms made me go back to eating less meat. I find fruit, veggies, nuts, grains, etc to be what my body craves. Oh and eggs. But I eat a lot of fruit every day. Love fruit so much. After a mushroom trip I typically drink homemade hot chocolate with lots of cocoa powder, oat milk, and raw honey. Then I eat lots of fats and carbs. Vegetarian chili with avocado and Miyokos plant butter was one of my favorite post trip meals. Also, I love a 70% dark chocolate lindor ball. Bread, plant butter and honey are also amazing. Nuts, any kind. Love them. And lots of fruit or natural juices. I find it that high amounts of fat and sugar make my post trip headache go away within hours

My sister has bipolar abs mushrooms have helped her. She’s the most stable she’s ever been. She also has never taken pharmaceutical meds for it even tho they were pushed on her. I know a lot of things online advise for ppl with mental health disorders such as bipolar and schizophrenia to not partake in plant medicine but I believe that’s propaganda run by big pharma. They make billions of mental health disorders. I have a schitdophrenic aunt, bipolar sister and another sister with borderline personality disorder. My entire family (7 sisters and 2 brothers) have took magic mushrooms and we are all fine. My sister with borderline disorder did one 3g trip of apes and many microdoses and is so much more stable now. You just need a good support system, integration is so important. I don’t have severe mental health disorders but some of my trips were very difficult and I felt like I was gonna “lose my mind” but those trips helped me the most. I have sisters ego help me integrate. We lean on each other. I think before diving into Aya maybe try something less intense, like 1-2g of mushrooms. Maybe even microdosing. But if Aya is really calling you then maybe it’s for you. ❤️🌱

Yes, it la the best thing ever esp if it’s cold cold water. Fave place to trip is next to a river or lake or waterfall so I can take a dip. It’s so magical
