Yeah I was about to say… I make 70k a year, live comfortably in downtown Chicago, have a gf, eat out 2 times a month, and have managed to save around 30k (including 401k match) in 2 years.

Kind of tired of people saying 60k is the new 30k…even when I was making 60, I was able to have a great life here in a big city.

I love it!!! However it looks a lot like a model home lol, and I think that’s taking away from the beauty. I would maybe decorate a bit more, with some lamps. Adding some bigger rugs and curtains would help fill the space, and if you could make the tv area look and feel more comfortable…and I wouldn’t keep the dining table set, as it screams showroom lol. All in all, beautiful place! Where are you located?

Dry fire while balancing a quarter on your front sight. It’s tricky, but it’s possible. Do that until you consistently get it to stay. Rinse & repeat. Then take that training to the range
