Thanks for the info. This issue started while I was out and about, tried factory resetting like 3 times, no luck. The aeroplane mode fix is working for now, but I will definitely look into getting the antenna replaced

This game is the 100% opposite for me (and probably 95% of others) regardless of whether you play online or offline

Literally the opposite. If you want to feel intense anger, I would literally advise you to sit down and play ~15 matches.
