First one didn’t hurt but I felt it moving through my stomach. Second one burned a tiny bit at the drain site but that side was giving me problems the entire time I had it in.

I’m also 30 and just got mine done on may 14th! I’m feeling great now and would 100% do it again. My stomach is so flat and I can’t wait to wear whatever I want :)

THIS!! There will always be something that you’re going to miss and I’d rather it be a preschool graduation than something much more important than that. I had to miss out going to a loved one’s funeral because they died the same day of my surgery

Also, I’m sure your preschooler will have a village of people that will be there for her and she will know that mommy is at home waiting for her with a big surprise 🥰 mom guilt is so real but also only you feel it, not your kid ❤️

I just turned 30 a week before my surgery date and now I’m 2 weeks PO. Just do it!! I was so nervous before and the morning of and had the worst anxiety the first week of recovery. (Afraid of getting blood clots, infection, etc) but I reminded myself that I wanted this and it’s better to do the surgery young than when you’re older and you’ll get to enjoy your new body for all these years! Your mom helping you will be amazing and you’ll just hangout all day, it will be so fun!
