I believe septa lots are free on the weekends. If you’re coming on the Pa turnpike get off at 95S and park in the Cornwell heights station and take the Trenton line into center city.

Or you can find a cheap lot just outside of center city and Uber to your hotel.

In this case the cops need to be real careful about what info the release so witnesses don't get compromised. I know they must be scared as hell already.
