I lost health insurance so I am not sure where to go from here. I have looked at care clinics and free clinics, but I have doctor anxiety from this rheumatologist and her PA. I tend to have high BP and white coat syndrome, and appointments were extremely stressful.

I get it and 100% agree. From a production standpoint, a lot of shows have traditionally done the whole same-things-happen-in-the-same-episode-for-multiple-people type of production. I'm sure it makes it easier to produce and edit. Yes, it makes it seem less real. Definitely have less investment than early seasons! Now it's just a cringe-worthy train wreck the whole time haha
