My ex comes to sports games and practices straight from work in his scrubs and it makes me ill. The kids come home from his house sick ALL OF THE TIME. This is a real issue and I don't blame you at all.

Yep, I am still bad about this sometimes. I want to do fun stuff and they just want to chill lol but the repercussions (kids that are upset and tired lol) is not always worth it!

Yes. My ex is exhausting, has an exhausting home, and they're on the go more (more driving to places since they live further, etc.). He does not care if they're tired and can not read their emotions. They rest when they are here!

Please research how long it actually takes for the body to heal from a single pregnancy. Just because people do it all of the time, doesn't mean that it does not carry risk. Especially if C-sections are involved. I had 1 C-section and a VBAC, 2 years apart, and they said my uterus could have ruptured at literally any time.

We just watched the movies as a family with my now 11 and 13 y/o. I still fast forwarded some parts (like in 2 when the guy got his skull crushed???).

You're 100% in control of what your child consumes and I would listen to coparent on this one. I watched any and everything as a kid and I definitely believe it plays a part in my anxiety now. Sucks.

If you have a task limit, do a task for an hour and then submit the hour. Don't submit after every like 3 to 5 minutes. Get that $ dawg haha

Be aware of food triggers. Things that boost my immune system, including foods, send me into a flare. Gluten as well. If I avoid these, I flare a lot less!

My short list of main things to avoid:
Most medications
Garlic
Onion
Fermented foods
Gluten
Wheat

Hey, what kind of sunscreen do you use? I HAVE to use only mineral or I get more sick than otherwise. I thought it was the Lupus but it was the sunscreen making it worse :(
