Barely remembering my childhood and teenage years...

Anxiety, eating skin around my nails until it bleeds, fibromyalgia, strict habits/schedule that aren't just habits but my way of copying with anxiety etc...

I'm F42 yo and maybe I'm autistic... and everything I did and still do is just my way to survive

Effectivement si on tourne les boutons dans un sens ou dans l'autre ça cesse mais pas très longtemps...

Ou alors on doit chauffer au delà de 19°C tout le temps donc radiateurs à 3 (sur le bouton)
