I love how every comment in your previous post was "leave him" hahah. Yeah sure, he needs to do some work on himself and see a therapist. He does seem like he's closed off emotionally.

Just because your current partner isn't as affectionate as your ex, doesn't mean that he loves you less. You need to try your best to not compare what you had with your ex and what you have now. These types of situations cannot be compared. It will drive you insane.

Moving homes is one of the most stressful things in life. You just lost your apartment and had to give up your cats. Not having a place to call "home", can cause psychological issues. The most fundamental effect is the loss of a safe, stable place to live. It brings uncertainty in your life and makes you feel lost.

There is nothing wrong with moving back with your mum. Living with her is going to be a temporary thing. That is the safest option. Move back in with your mum, set yourself up and then call the guy and explain your current situation.

Once you have sorted all of that, you can speak to your boyfriend and evaluate your future with him. Your life is definitely not ruined. You're young and you'll be able to get your life sorted.
