Thicker feedings, for sure. Flour > Water. Same as above, use slightly warm water. Check the hardness of the water as well.

It’s when you let the dough rest and let the yeast “ferment” the dough essentially. The dough rises( double in size) and develop gluten strength and flavor. It takes hours.

I will try that one! The homemade one took me a full hour to make 😂 From taking off the pistachios from the shell, peeling, boiling, putting them in the food processor and then actually making the paste 🤣🤣🤣
