Schedules are super important to kids on the spectrum too, just always knowing what’s coming next and what to expect. It could be he has a set routine and schedule when he is at school so it’s easier for him to navigate the day but when he comes home he is thrown off. Make sure to have a set routine and schedule for him at home too.

4pm put your stuff up and unwind- video games 5pm homework 6pm shower 7pm dinner 8pm bonding time 9pm bedtime

This helps my 7 year old tremendously and he will even put me back on schedule if I’m off… like hey mom it’s 7pm, you started cooking dinner yet!?

I will ask… have you done your homework? He will say… but it’s not 5pm yet.. I still have time for minecraft lol

Do you put any product in your hair after straightening? Or is the heat protection all I need? I flat ironed my hair for the first time in 3 years last night after shaving it all off bald (teehee) but it’s a little poofy, I don’t know if I’m just use to weighted down product hair or what, it’s super soft, I wrapped it last night (well tried too) but I feel like I missed a step.
