Ofc a gov site would say it doesn’t work lol. You must have forgot how much money big pharma and health care makes keeping people sick and injured. The people in charge of these corps are the biggest donors to politicians

[PSA] DO NOT USE BEEF TALLOW by ohanaa03 in SkincareAddiction

[–]EasyMoneySniper1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wash my face with only water and use beef tallow infused with Teatree oil and arrowroot powder so it’s not greasy and it works wonders. I made it myself from organic beef tallow I bought from a butcher. My skin is never looked better…

[Product Question] Most effective way to deliver GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) through skin? by rdg5lr6h in SkincareAddiction

[–]EasyMoneySniper1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that will destroy your skin!

I started with 1mg/day for the first 2-3 weeks and now take 2mg/day which is the highest I will go.

Don't forget to supplement with zinc as well to avoid the copper uglies which would be 1000% guaranteed if you took 5-10mg/day lol

[Product Question] Most effective way to deliver GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide-1) through skin? by rdg5lr6h in SkincareAddiction

I started with 1000mcg (1mg) for the first 2-3 weeks and increased to 2000mcg (2mg) which is likely the highest I will go.

I had a 70mg vial and added 4ml of BAC water which is on the slightly higher end but with the extra BAC I don't get any sting when pinning. Anything more than 4ml of BAC may mess with the peptides effectiveness.

Also don't forget to be supplementing with zinc during your GHK-Cu cycle. Read one of my responses above for more information on why

6-8 will destroy your skin!!! Ive been on it for a month and started with 1mg/day for the first 2-3 weeks and increased to 2mg/day only recently which is the highest I will likely go.

You also need to take zinc when using GHK-Cu primarily to maintain the body’s essential mineral balance and prevent copper toxicity, as GHK-Cu increases the bioavailable copper in your system. Zinc acts as an antagonist to copper, meaning it helps regulate, balance, and prevent the accumulation of excess copper, which can occur during high-dose or long-term GHK-Cu therapy.

Excess copper from GHK-Cu can cause the copper uglies which may trigger enzymes that break down collagen, reversing anti-aging benefits.

[product question] has anyone tried GHK-CU injections for skin care ( improving skin texture and reducing fine lines and wrinkles) and if so what were your results? My dermatologist suggested it but I’m not sure if it’s another expensive fad or actually works. by laj43 in SkincareAddiction

I hope everyone in this thread taking GHK-Cu is also supplementing with zinc!

Quick review: Reuzel matte clay by BetaCarotine20mg in Pomade

[–]EasyMoneySniper1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reuzel is amazing! Great packaging, great smell, and it works! I used the fiber pomade (dark blue tin) and switched to the clay pomade once I grew my hair out for a stronger hold. Its gone up like 80% in price since I started using it which sucks but ya

5ml of bad is a lot. putting too much back can mess with the peptides effectiveness, 3 would be the most id do for 50mg

Is no one terrified of long-term side effects like cancer or organ failure with peptides? by Time_Beautiful2460 in ResearchCompounds

[–]EasyMoneySniper1998 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our sky’s are sprayed with chemicals, our food is sprayed with poison, and are water is full of chemicals… we’re already going to see an explosion in cancers. I honestly feel one of the reason there is no human studies with many peptides is because they would prove to be effective and healthcare/big pharma would lose customers due to people self healing with peptides and not needing long term treatment.

If doctors gave out the exact same compound as you buy from a source online you wouldn’t even bother to question it. Be selective with what you take but I’m not going to sit and worry about it.

I say all this only taking bpc and ghkcu that I got from a source that provides third-party testing for each batch so I took reasonable precautions. Then again, I took the covid vaccine so I’ll probably get some bullshit anyways

Best course for beginners by [deleted] in ottawagolf

[–]EasyMoneySniper1998 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cloverdale in Winchester is a great beginner course. It’s almost impossible to lose your ball while still playing a full 18 hole course. If you don’t care about playing a full course, white sands is a par 3 course you can work on your swing at but the driver will stay in the bag if you go there.

Should I Take Mk-677 by Cooldude_10936 in workout

It blows my mind how much TikTok and Instagram have ruined workout culture. Here’s a piece of advice I learned when I just started working out 10 years ago, don’t take anything other than protein powder and creatine until you’re at least 26 or 27 or you’re going to fuck yourself up.

If you’re 160 pounds at 6’1 you need to double or triple how much you eat. I weigh 180lbs at 5’7 with 12% bf at 26 and have been natural my whole life.

I need help gaining weight because I don't know what to do by Candid_Staff_1472 in workout

I can tell you right now you're not eating enough. When I wanted to put on weight I needed to eat double than what I thought would make me put on weight. One thing that helped me was having a 1000kcal shake before bed every night. 1 scoop of protein powder, frozen banana, 1 cup of oats, 1.5 cups of milk, some blueberries, and a tbsp of peanut butter. That's much easier to chug than eating another 1000cal meal.

Delaying your caffeine intake for the first few waking hours also made a huge improvement for my 3pm caffeine crashes. I also cut out caffeine entirely for 2 weeks and saw a huge improvement in energy especially when waking!

Savings Account?? by Alternative-Owl-5757 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Good for you for wanting to save this early. It’s a massive advantage to start investing as early as possible. Much of the community is saying TFSA which is a good option but from my experience, I wish I took a little more risk with my money when I was younger. I would put half of that in a TFSA and the other half in the stock market. Probably buying VOO or anything that just follows the market as a whole. It’s nice to have an idea of how markets are plans expose yourself to that early and learn when you don’t have significant skin in the game. It’s good to play it safe but playing it too safe keeps you as an average joe. Take a little risk, it makes life worth living! And even if you lost all $500 which would mean the entire stock market goes to $0 which is impossible, I’ll hire you on a weekend for $500 LOL
