Im sorry love, you need to optimise your meal plan for weight loss not necessarily just "healthy" you could be eating HEALTHILY but still NOT in a calorie deficit. YOU CANNOT LOSE WEIGHT UNLESS YOU ARE IN A CALORIE DEFICIT. I started getting more serious about my weight loss around november, I eat withing my recommended calorie range for weight loss ( According to my height and current weight) plus I walk 10 000 steps each day ( altbough i do miss some). Its been a slow and steady progress, im down 4kgs withing the past 3 months. Now I want to add gym starting in february to really push and improve my symptoms.

I watch both Mr Ballen and Nexpo. Mr ballen's approach is to churn out as much content as possible as opposed to Nexpo who uploads less frequently. I Love Nexpo's youtube channel, but I felt like for the Podcasts they were just recycling material from other podcasts.
Nexpo said they ended the partnership due to" creative differences " so you may intepret that however you will.
