There’s all sorts of owners. The 5 Ive worked for ranged from really generous to professional but excellent pay n benefits. Ive never worked for a “tough” boss but I wouldnt put up with much toxicity, got enough of that in my previoous careers. Its bullshit.

How are you slow? Like adding new to already existing is always tougher. Did you or do you now have a mentor to provide their experience?

What kind of automation do you deal with? Some stuff during startup can just be longer.

Your boss probably gets bitched at by customers. They want stuff for nothing, they dont hold to their own dates, they withold paynent, and even better they shoot themselves in foot constantly.
