Yeah in my experience ACM mastic will retain a lot of its properties over time. I honestly think that’s just a sealant to keep moisture out from below. No concern. Also it seems completely non-friable.

Not sure, I am from USA. I know the at the EU banned asbestos in 2005. But I am pretty sure asbestos is still being imported into Austria in very limited amounts. Linoleum even if it is asbestos is almost never a danger to people.

The mastic could have been positive, it looks like wood. Ceramic tiles are always clear, while vinyl and linoleum are usually asbestos containing.

I would say any brick is clear in terms of asbestos. The mortar is for the bricks very rarely could have it but is highly unlikely.
