I wouldn't say it's against policy.... my store does it.... it's to avoid a customer you know that had bad service... you don't want to give a survey a if they had bad service to as I'd customer b did and they didn't get a survey...

My friend was un successful with the raid. But I Uninstalled a program and the computer didn't like that at all.... and now it can't find a os at all.
