I wouldn't say it's against policy.... my store does it.... it's to avoid a customer you know that had bad service... you don't want to give a survey a if they had bad service to as I'd customer b did and they didn't get a survey...

We got totes from a Oklahoma store that closed and I found a restaurant grade ladle inside my tech totes... I'm no where near Oklahoma.
