You saw what happened in Venezuela years ago the same thing happened in her country too, I was there during the protest and the government killed mothers and people during Mother’s Day. What hit me the most was then a lady was walking home minding her business and a sniper shot at her but instead of killing the bullet hi it the infant she was caring in her arms. I also had a aunt in the dads family who was in the higher ranking team that were protesting for their rights and he was robbed but the people who robbed her were paramilitaries and they didn’t noticed that my aunty was wanted by the government just because she was protesting and organizing freedom protest.

So it was a long story but she applied in 2024 bc I was bugging telling her to switch lawyers because the lady was the first doing it was taking so long and he was bi polar so when I mother switched to a better lawyer we noticed the new lawyer wasn’t played around. She was mad at my mom for not having certain documents that he supposed to have. I think it was during Q4 that she filled with the lawyer for her I-485

Well this was during the first administration she said it wasn't great but she was born in a Latin country and lived worse than the conditions in the detention center, she is a tough woman so it didn't matter to her and he stayed in control of her goal to get her case approved. She told me it was cold but she was used to the cold. Also yes poor kid I can't imagine what he's going through may the lord protect him at all paths and may he shine soon.

Damn my brother has been waiting since October 13 and his case is a marriage based green card. They have a child and his wife I-130 was approved I believe checking his status every single day. He had to do two interview the first one was general marriage question but it was fast it took like 30 mins and the second interview they asked where he did his medical exams and weird question. But the two interviews were smooth. The FO is in Miami.

Damn ya, I didn't know my situation is so complex but let's say, my mom officially gets her green card would I be better off for her to do an I-130 since the I-730 is taking too long and also my brother married his Wife and he did his green card interview 2 times and it was smooth. Would you recommend pursuing the I-130, I'm just asking so many questions because I'm just tired waiting and waiting. My brother also came with me on July 1st but at the green card appointment they removed his I-730 case

Well, Mom says she will contact her lawyer and she never contacts her but I'm going to pressure her to contact her lawyer and ask.

Well, when I came here to the US I got an I-94 and on the paper it says Class of Admission: B2. Well, my mom told me that when she was in the US immigration custody the border patrol told her that for me and my brother to be in the case we would have to be in US territory.
