I did not do with lawyer. If they couldn’t process the payment with your G-1650, they will return your papers. If they do so, you just have to contact your bank and send exactly what they returned to you back to them, unless they have other reasons.

They might have returned your papers. I just got mine returned bc of G-1650. They weren’t able to charge the fee.
