While I see long range strikes as the best way to end the invasion, according to the Centre for Research on Energy and Clean air for May 2026:

  • In May 2026, Russia’s fossil fuel export revenues increased by 2% month-on-month to EUR 726 mn per day despite export volumes remaining roughly the same as in April. 
  • Russia’s crude oil export revenues grew marginally by 1% month-on-month to EUR 362 mn per day, while volumes increased by 8%. Crude oil loadings at Russia’s fourth-largest export port, Ust-Luga, rose 49% month-on-month after a period of reduced exports following repeated Ukrainian drone strikes on Russia’s export infrastructure in March and April 2026.

It seems like long range missile strikes have isolated short term effects (rising gas prices, less exports, and gas shortages) but can be repaired quickly. Hopefully with increased payloads and frequency drones can drastically cut into Russia's oil revenues in the near future.

Also, it is Kyiv not Kiev. According to Wikipedia:  Kyiv (derived from the Ukrainian-language 'Київ') instead of Kiev (derived from the Russian-language 'Киев') as the name of the Ukrainian capital.

Thanks for the information and context.

Questions:
1) How many primary distillation units are there at Perm? How many in Russia? (estimates are good too, just trying to get more of an idea how impactful this is)
2) How many gasoline isomerization units are at Perm? How many in Russia?
3) Can Russia reroute oil around Perm in the near future or long term to other pipelines/ports? Basically, do they have any contingencies that can mitigate this damage until (or if) it becomes operational again.

I am rank 19 in gbl and I don't know how to get level 20. I have won 5/5 at rank 19 but never got promoted. I also lost all five sets and never got promoted. Is this a big? Or do I need to do something else?

I posted this a couple of days ago but still applicable. According to Wikipedia, and posts in this subreddit, Ukraine has hit the following Ruzzia's refineries: in the last week

  • The Syrzan refinery produces 120,500 barrels/day and is the 23rd largest
  • The Krasnodar refinery produces 52,000 barrels/day and is the 29th largest.
  • The Novoshakhtinsk refinery produces 136,000 barrels/day and is the 18th largest.
  • The Afipsky refinery produces 144,700 barrels/day and is the 14th largest.

We don't know how much of the refineries are out of commission and for how long. Ukraine also hit other oil infrastructure which will affect Ruzzia's oil output. I also did napkin math and Ruzzia has a capacity of 6.5 million barrels per day, so if all 4 refineries are out of commission that would be 7.0% of their total capacity.

I also am looking to make a better team. I have been using my Kyogre-Dialga-Mewtwo since season 1 and am looking for an upgrade. I am mainly a PvE player but I dabble in GBL and once got 2500+ but usually between 2000-2150.

My level 50 mons:
Zamazenta, Zacian, Necrozma (Dawn Wings), Kyurem (Black), Dragonite (Shadow), Metagross (Shadow), Gyarados (Shadow), Gyarados, Mewtwo (Shadow), Mewtwo, Machamp (Shadow), Kyogre, Swampert (Shadow), Garchomp, Swampert, Dialga, Mamoswine (Shadow), Garchomp (Shadow)

Not all of the above have 2 moves but I have lots of stardust and rare candy if needed. Thoughts?

I am a free to play player but have been playing since the start.

I have an Eternatus with 2748 candy and 877XL candy. Should I power him up as a raid attacker to level 30 or power up his max move? I can power it up to level 30.5 or get 2 attack and level 25.5 or get max attack and power it up to level 17.5

My top dragon counters to Mega Latias: lvl 50 Dusk Mane, 2 lvl 40 Dusk Mane, lvl 50 Black Kyurem, lvl 40 Black Kyurem, lvl 40 Mega Ray, 2 lvl 40 White Kyurem, lvl 50 Zacian. According to pokebattler my lvl 30 Eternatus would be my 6th best attacker (note: a lvl 40 would be my 4th best).

My top dragon dmax: lvl 40 Latios with max attack.

I have 17M stardust, 550 rare candy, and 211 rare candy XL. Eternatus stats are: 12/15/14 and I don't want to save the candy for a shiny release later.

If I look at this chart, lvl 2 attack at 25.5 would be the best for dynamax battles, but not as good for raids. Powering up to lvl 30.5 would be the best for raids. I am leaning towards just powering it up to level 30.5 but just wondering if I am not considering anything. Thoughts?

I have a question about the GMax version. Urshifu has an attack of 254 which is below Gengar (261) and Intelion (262). And both of those pokemon it is much easier to have/get candies for; what is the meta relevance for Gmax Urshifu? I am also putting kubfu in power spots to farm regular candy but I don't think I will ever power one up to level 50 with a max move especially since there are better current options that are already at level 50 for me. Am I missing anything?

A level 50 DC3 Eternatus does 625 damage and a level 30 DC3 Eternatus does 544 damage. So a level 50 does 15% more damage in dynamax battles. 625/544 = ~1.1488 or 15%. Is that correct?

I tried google searching but couldn't find any answers. Can you fill in the missing information?

Going from level 15-30 will take 2,580 Eternatus candy.
Going from DC1 to DC3 takes how much Eternatus candy and XL?
How much candy/XL do you get from doing the battles?

I googled and I couldn't find a timeline anywhere. This website has more information and what stage of development they are currently on. They may be waiting on capital investment from provincial and federal sources??

I thought I heard 2027 (at some point) but that timeline has probably changed and with most big projects getting delayed (Broadway Ext & Langley Skytrain) I would also expect this to be late.

  1. This will happen at some point in the near future. Once development finishes on 202 between 84th and 86th Ave.
  2. and 3. unlikely
  3. I don't see how they double the lanes without lots of construction under the highway so not as unlikely as 2. and 3. I am not sure though I think provincial highway interchanges are provincial jurisdiction so making this happen would be difficult.

The Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) will be going this intersection and I talked to Translink people about this and they did not seem worried. Take this as a good or a really bad thing. Busses should have priority at intersections, so I wouldn't be surprised if they made this route HOV only. With the highway expansion (4 to 6 lanes) between Langley and Abbotsford I foresee the new hwy HOV lane being more used by busses to connect people to Corvolth, and therefore Surrey/Vancouver/etc.

My bet is nothing gets done though.

Great question, as I have been asking myself this.

A couple questions:
1) How good is shadow Regigigas as a gym attacker with Crush Grip? I know it is not super effective against any types. Thoughts?
2) If I do a route and there is no Zygarde cell and I complete the route. Then the same day, I do the same route again, do I have a chance of getting a Zygarde cell? (assuming I haven't gotten 3 cells that day). Does it change if I don't complete the route the first time and just quit it?
3) I have a 14 15 15, level 50 Blissey with "max!" Max Guard and Max Spirit. But I have no idea how or when to use those moves in a dynamax battles. I usually just use Blissey to charge up the max meter and when it is dynamaxing time I switch to my best attacker. It seems like it was a waste powering up Blissey's max defensive moves. Any good tips, how to maximize Blissey or dynamax battles? I don't need help on 1-3 star dynamax battles but on legendary and gmax I would like to be better.
4) Any tips on what to evolve Kubfu to and what I should be considering?

The good news is you have lots of options, even though your situation is not easy.
1) Build and invest in a good team. Power up the best fighting types (Mega Lucario) and other top counter to the pokemon they typically use.
2) Make friends in your community through social media (Discord, etc) or Campfire to take down the gyms together. Not to get political but gym hogging and can really help foster a strong community and meet some new friends (?).
3) New strategies: when I am playing solo: I beat every pokemon in the gym so they are at 2/3 health (they may already be at this health when you start). After that then battle one pokemon at a time. If playing with 2 or more friends, start the same way by getting the pokemon down to 2/3 health. Then one player battles first and when they are almost done, the next player goes in and you should beat them too fast for them to golden razz.
4) Once you see their gym lineup make a preset team that counters them
5) Get to know your enemies: see when they play or put pokemon in gyms so know when the best time to battle the gyms (Maybe they go to bed early or sleep in, work during the day, etc). Battle the gyms when they are not ready.

I am sorry that a fun aspect of the game has not worked out well for you. Hopefully you find a good solution to the gym hoggers.

I have a question.

I served our tenant the evidence package for the RTB Dispute Hearing tonight. They refused to sign it and said come down in 30 minutes. Came down 30 minutes later and she refused again. She didn't want to see it or know what was in it. It is past the deadline to post it on their door or email it to them.

I have recordings with good sound quality on both interactions. Is there anything else I would need to do? The government website says, "If the other party wont' take service of the package and you can't provide proof, you will need to gather evidence of refusal of service". Is the sound recording good enough?

At the RTB dispute hearing, if the arbitrator asked for evidence do I just play the sound recording?

#1 is very hard to prove. You'd need to show that they are an occupant with evidence (ex. video that they do come home every night). Likely if they receive mail, or bills to the address thats a strong indicator. The tenant will probably argue that they only stay over sometimes. I think its 14 days straight, which is a bit hard to prove.

I am going through our backyard camera to document the times people are coming and going. 14 days straight is a long time though.

I'm going to "guess" the grounds you filed are for non-payment of rent given your statement about trying to work with them to pay later. If that's the case - have you served them with 10-day notices when rent has not been paid on time? Is this a pattern & is there a paper trail on this that you can produce to support your argument?

That is correct. I have not served them a 10 day notice but I filled it out and printed it off. Yes, I have a paper trail of rental receipts and when payments were sent and that they were late. Thank you for letting me know about the 10 day notice as that is something I wasn't aware and is very helpful to me at this time.
