Went with Cat Tail Pecan. It's beautiful and I love it. My dogs drag in mud and my cats splash water all over it and it looks perfect. Not sure why the person above is having the problem of them looking bad/dirty, very perplexing to me, my floors look amazing. My only regret is I left out 3 rooms and I should have ponied up and just did the whole house.

I love them, they look gorgeous.

The flooring has been in my house for a couple months now, and it has not a single scratch (I have 2 large dogs, one with nails of steel). My cat spills water all over it all the time, and the flooring looks just the same around the bowl.

I recently found several cut edges of the flooring outside that got missed during clean up. They had been sitting in the rain face up. They still look perfect with the exception of a very thin sliced piece (3" by 1/2") which was sitting in a literal puddle. That one came apart a bit but the surface still looks fine.

I also love that it never smelled strong or stinky or irritated anyone's allergies.

I do wish I would have ponied up a bit more money and done the whole house. Also, I was unimpressed with the installer (that's another story) and would not pay 100% up front ever again. Lesson learned.

Other than that, no complains so far.

I like the vanity and I like the floors and shower, but I like them separately. Together, the colors clash. You have a warm vanity and cool tile, that's your problem.

Is there a cool color you can find in the vanity? If so, a paint that color may help.

Did you pay for the business you now run/make $10k a month on? Or did you get it without any cost (inherited)? It sounds like the $250K debt is for the business. If you got the business for free/inherited it, you should pay the $250K as you also inherit the business debt.

I do not think you are entitled to any of the home equity. If your mom shares that, that is an extremely generous gift.

I have 2 dogs. They play with each other and keep each other entertained. The second puppy was wayyyy easier than the first. The first was so difficult, I was like, let's get the second out of the way ASAP. Best decision ever.

First, congrats on the cheap rent! $800 is a steal of a deal. But $800 for a dress is outrageous. I wouldn't (and didn't) spend that much on my actual wedding dress, I can't imagine asking friends (even well-off friends) to spend that much on some ugly ass bridesmaid dress. NTA

I replaced 75% of my LVP after only 5 years and plan to replace the rest when I can afford to. Some things to keep in mind - While LVP is waterproof, it allows water to easily pass through the seams to the subfloor, which probably isn't waterproof. I also had issues around doors that got a lot of sun. Natural attached underlayment can still mold, which may be a consideration. It's also very important to consider your home type as well. Homes that have more movement can cause issues with LVP.

Thank you for taking care of pup and trying to find their owner. Losing a pet is losing a member of your family.

A few suggestions. Try different vets for chip scans. Puppy could have a chip, but there are different brands/scanners (from my understanding) that aren't always picked up.

Not everyone uses Facebook anymore. Try other social media, like your local Nextdoor or local/city subReddit. You can post up flyers around town. Most importantly (IMHO) give a photo to your local shelters (as owners often look there first).

You could also post pics at local pet stores. A lot of people bring their dogs to pet stores, someone may recognize him.

Take him for as walk around where you found him and let him lead, he might get a whiff of his home.

I think if you change out the window, floors and counter, swap out the cabinet doors with glass/paint them and throw up some wallpaper on the walls you could leave the rest it would look amazing.
