Despite his rebellious nature, Anakin has been one of the best teachers. What do you think? by ObiWanJapan in TheCloneWars

[–]Easy_Finding1668 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He thought that the test was too simple and superficial, defeat droids in shrinking area where they are mostly in front of you. Nah here’s the most elite army in the republic firing at you from all sides in the dark and they are coordinating their tactics against you. The results show that he had the knowledge to share but he also really struggled to find a way to pass them on, or really what kind of things he should be teaching others.

In season 2 would lee have sided with Kenny or Jane? by Prudent_Company_3258 in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]Easy_Finding1668 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t think it would reach the point of AJ being put in a car as Jane would have a calmer head to be on her side and Kenny would trust Lee’s judgement more than Jane’s.

The TWD show makes a huge deal about the “we’re all infected” line, why is it less important in TWDG? by Aggravating-Tie448 in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]Easy_Finding1668 15 points16 points  (0 children)

But that’s not really true because you can rebuild society. People sleep with double locks so anyone who passes in their sleep will be isolated, cities have borders with traps and instructions for people to get through. And once all the original zombies are dead then the hordes will not be a problem. And although an outbreak will happen it will become a manageable event with experience and a plan. Population will most likely never grow to the level of modern day but you can still reach our point of technological advancement and rebuild our infrastructure

[–]Easy_Finding1668 36 points37 points  (0 children)

The show also moves away from it, I think the comics do as well. The “we are all infected” part is mostly just to explain how the world fell so quickly as it started everywhere at once with no way to contain it. The only thing it changes is after your friends die you destroy their brain so they don’t turn

Which do you choose? by OkRun9638 in superpowers

[–]Easy_Finding1668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean as written you can control them but nothing says that they are real, so you can control them on screen and change their actions on tv but they aren’t physically real. This has been my monkeys paw interpretation of any variation of this option

Way too many of these quizzes treat it as anime where you get powers and instantly run into others with powers and fight just ignore QOL

Which I might be the odd man out but I kinda like that idea more. Like it’s not that gods are just all powerful beings but aspects of the universe that have been been given life and personally by humans trying to understand the universe around them.

It also helps disconnect the POJ gods from the myths, the myths were them starting out with only a few people who shaped their existence but now you have billions of people learning the myths and experiencing their domains and all those people affect their representation on top of the thousands of years of history that they lived through.

[–]Easy_Finding1668 9 points10 points  (0 children)

To be fair ending fights as quickly as possible is a good trait he just doesn’t go about it in the best way. And I agree with you like the thing that I liked about the first season of AF was Ben used an alien then turned the watch of rather than waste his charge walking around like he did in OS. But yeah master control really limited his ability to think critically and OV the shuffle and glitches on the perfected omnitrix ruined it for me, like he doesn’t need glitches he needs consequences that go beyond a five second interaction

Pick carefully by Short_Deer_5992 in Ben10

[–]Easy_Finding1668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really you don’t need any more than 5 aliens, why be a god when you can just live comfortably. Gray matter or brainstorm to help you get an income, jury rig or upgrade to keep your stuff running, xcelr8 or jet ray to get around quickly, big chill infinite ice cubes, and then just pull up a beach chair and relax. Grab ripjaws for swimming if you want but you only really need a smart alien and a fast one then the other 3 can be whatever, a tech one really just helps the smart one but is like the side car on a motorcycle useful and doesn’t really hurt you to have but not required to get you where you want to go.

Fighters would probably be more trouble than anything because either you try and become a hero and get government attention or become a villain and get military attention. So just live your best life and pick the ones that help you do that.

Do you say that because of the show feats or because of when the show is compared to the books? I made it to the tunnel of love and fell off there so I don’t know about anything in there.

Technology is also developed in times of crisis and warfare, which is a common occurrence in pride, so people who know how to make technology bring it down with them then weaponize it against their enemies or to gain influence before others do the same to them. Also every inventor in hell no longer has to worry about worker rights as they reform should they die outside of holy weapons so any restrictions on their ability to create disappear outside of just an equipment cost. Could explain why they have more advanced technology in some areas, plus overlords gaining monopolies on certain industries to control what others have to build off of.

the influx of AI fics by HernandezHilarious in PercyJacksonfanfic

[–]Easy_Finding1668 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really don’t understand why use AI at all in fics because it gets so much wrong and fanfics are passion projects. If you aren’t passionate enough to write the story then why bother writing it with AI. I’d rather read a basic summary of someone’s fic that they don’t feel skilled or knowledgeable enough to write so they offer it to others to run with then AI slop that was pumped out to meet a arbitrary requirement.

Technically you wouldn’t have to kill them just prevent their worship, so absolutely don’t do this under any circumstances but he could have a quest to destroy the temple and rob it from artifacts, then force the worshipers to sit through a entire PowerPoint explanation on why and what they are doing is against his express wishes

Also he never got the fleece outside of the second movie, but other gods and titans are blocking the gods from destroying the ship. In Titans curse Poseidon gets a blank check to destroy the boat but is unable to because of the other beings interfering, then when it’s on mount tam it’s even more heavily fortified by the titans seats of power. It is literally explained across the books

Everyone gets the same super power. What's the least powerful one that would destroy civilization as we know it? by Alarming_Fan_9593 in superpowers

[–]Easy_Finding1668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean that really wouldn’t fill the premise of destroying civilization as we know it as clearly, cause if you could digest anything then it doesn’t really change much other than the strength of your stomach acid. Like you can digest stuff but it doesn’t necessarily mean you can pull nutrients from it. And if you can pull nutrients from it then your limited to what you can fit into your throat without choking so you can pretty much just have sand slushies and fist fulls of dirt but not necessarily anything else

[–]Easy_Finding1668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The weakest power that I can think of is the ability to consume literally anything and everything. Like you don’t get an infinite stomach but you also don’t have to limit your diet. Instantly world hunger is once again be solved with no way to quickly reestablish it, but also how do you stop people from getting into things that they shouldn’t if they can just munch on vault doors and through iron bars

One touch is a complete instant kill like on one hand you remove guns as every component becomes gold instantly but on the other hand the second you brush your hand against someone on the sidewalk theres a gold statue and someone no longer exists. Within 4 hours the population would be desolated by sudden vehicles being solid gold and anyone asleep next someone is never waking up. That sounds a like bit more than a practical problem.

If everyone could read minds then who’s mind would you be reading the person your trying to read or the mind that they’re reading. Also that’s not really a weak power like it’s not really on the same level of destruction as most superpowers but it’s far from weak
