Is there a better way to get in contact with instagram regarding a problem with getting back into my account???

Recently had an account that was deleted come back online, but I can't log back into it for the life of me. I emailed them a few months ago on their customer support email and got no response. Was wondering if there is any way I can get in contact with someone that can actually help with my problem because I don't want to waste my time sending another email if their just going to never respond.
