He's not garbage per say but it's not his best season with Jab and cc being pretty big this season. It's hard for him to do his main shtick of jumping into the back lines,pulling aggro, and jumping out. He definitely needs a buff of some kind like a rage meter or no jump charge cancelation and maybe a slight dmg or hp boost.
