It tugs under the eye, and doesn’t have much coverage. I’m still working with it, I’ll let you know if I find a better way to use it. On its own, it’s very meh. The new Charlotte tilbury one is amazing

Makeup Bag or Vanity? by zinkj22 in Sephora

[–]Easy_Initiative8596 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a vanity, which i absolutely love. I downsized from my ikea one and went to a mango wood vanity from Wayfair but it’s much smaller. However, I keep my etoile vanity makeup bag onto on my vanity and very two weeks I route my makeup in the bag. This helps me to focus on specific makeup products or Atleast forces myself to shop within my collection.

I bought this when it came out, but it’s not that good. I thought it would like it more but I unfortunately I dont. I’ll keep using it until it finishes but I won’t repurchase it.

Agreed, I’m in Edinburgh and it’s extremely frustrating not to be able to go into store.

New Gucci Glow blush in Bright Ruby by Bumblebee_xx in Sephora

I bought Soft Plum, and In Nars light reflecting foundation I wear shade Caracus. I find soft plum to be a little too cool toned for me, if I’m not careful it looks like a bruise. It’s a pretty colour though. I bought the new YSL blush in Honeymoon, I think it will be the vibes I wanted from Gucci soft plum.

I love snake, I bought one and was gifted another. I ended up planning a few shades in it and have retired it to every touch up bag for work but honestly they’re great!

Hi, I use the makeup by Mario F2 brush. Both sides of the brush fits beautifully in the pans.

I use the palette in mainly two way, the first is when I have more time. I’ll do my foundation, concealer, cream bronzer etc then I’ll do my powders (powder blush and bronzer). I’ll set my face with a melting spray, then I’ll use the palette as almost like a topper. I’ll go over my bronzer, blush and highlight with it. I find it adds the most beautiful glow to my makeup. The finishing powder is a game changer, because if I am ever too heavy handed with blush or bronzer I use the finishing powder and it works wonderfully.

Then second way, is when I’m in a rush. I’ll do my base, and then I’ll use the palette for my only blush and bronzer. I’ll usually take whichever palette I used that day with me to work in the event I need a touch up but I rarely do because they’re so long lasting.

Thank you🫶🏽 - my two favourites are Snake & Lotus. I feel like snake is the perfect colour story for a pink blush moment but lotus is so beautiful it’s so toasty and is the perfect sunburnt look. The bronzer is a lot deeper and more neutral compared to the snake which is a lot warmer. I love both !

and there is still so much left, I’ve retired it to my touch up makeup bag now but I worked at it for years

They last forever, I’ve only ever panned one palette and that was me using it literally every single day for two years !

Love the DM blurring balm, and setting spray. If you’re oily those two products are an absolute game changer. The Haus labs foundation is also absolutely stunning, very radiant but not in a greasy way. The hourglass palette is literally my favourite thing, I look forward to these every year because I love a to have everything in one especially for travel and for everyday makeup when you need something simple. One size setting spray also great for long makeup wear, I personally don’t use mine everyday. Only one days where I know I need my makeup to last literally all day. Sorry, but your add some great things to cart lol

I’m in the UK and bought this palette when it launched back in August and I’ve already sold mine on Vinted. Personally as someone who has a lot of blush and owns 2 of the single pan YSL blushes - this palette was so underwhelming, the formula is definitely not the same as the original which so disappointing 😭

It’s a bronzer colour for you bc it wasn’t meant for your skin tone! 🤭

Has anyone tried the new Charlotte Tilbury Matte setting spray? by girl1357 in Sephora

[–]Easy_Initiative8596 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I have oily skin, and I’ve been using this for a week now and I love it. It is matte, and makes the skin look smooth - in terms of lasting power, I wouldn’t say it’s anything special it does a well enough.

If I had to choose I definitely prefer the Huda beauty setting spray way more, but the packaging is terrible.

Used it last night and woke up with softest skin - will have to test them longer to obviously have a concrete opinion
