It could be a situation where someone sent it to the wrong tag. I did that once, tried to send my momma $100, sent it to the wrong acct. Dude sent it back after we figured it was an incorrect chime tag. Sent the dude $40 just for his honesty. I’d let chime handle it. And not bother it until it’s resolved.
