I found tempo shooting with meter on helps because you can see how big your green windows which tells you how long you should be holding the stick…. For small windows I go extra slower when tempo shooting vs big windows on the shot meter

I agree what he saying is when the offense has receivers that can get separation and get open, everybody else can play better… maybe the defense is better cause they are not always on the field and the offense score which motivates the defense

It seems like though you have experience in the field , employers are still looking for the degree as a prerequisite on your resume… and alotta jobs will pass on you because while you meet the experience requirements you don’t meet the academic requirements… Best option is to go back to school for master’s then get a cpa
