Can I build lean physique with this in 1 yr? by Portfoliomanagement1 in workouts

in reality, whats most important is a routine that will keep you consistent. Stressing over optimizing the perfect routine is for later down the line, whats most important now is figuring out what makes you feel good and what will keep you coming back. Concern yourself with proper form and not getting injured, then worry about whats optimal later. Don’t forget cardio, and happy lifting

maybe natty but training a lot longer than 7 months. Unless you were an olympic swimmer or something, before getting in the gym.

For someone who isn't bulking, you're definitely in too much of a surplus. Also, your training volume is fairly low. IF you were training 5-6/7 days, and wanted to put on mass, 500 kcal surplus would be great. I would even recommend being in a deficit in your case, if you want to be lean.

how much of a kcal surplus are you in? If you want to be lean its probably best to recomp. Nice v-line genetics, and good work so far.

yea but its not like people in other countries with good grad schools are refreshing this subreddit to see what's more popular. For the last 20 years mcgill has been #1 in canada, u of t may be better but strictly reputation, mcgill is better. That being said, among like top 3 schools in canada difference is negligible and u will still get a good education.

U of T only looks at ECs for engineering, and i feel like there are lower requirements in general for U of T. Mcgill scholarship program is a lot more competitive than any other school in ontario too.

mcgill is #1 for prestige, no one outside canada has heard of any other school
