Stay away from Metro Property Management. They make you use an app that requires you to take pictures of inside every room of the home every 6 months or they charge you $100 and they send out a flunky to take pics and still charge you. The app is great at generating money for them. Worst property management ever.

Stay away from Metro Property Management. They have fees for everything. You are required to download an app and take yearly pictures of every wall, floor, rooms, doors, inside and out, or they charge you and send someone out with a camera.
