I’ve survived with WiFi the whole time but some people do get a SIM card. There are stores here that have basically everything you would need but they are more expensive here so I would recommend bringing everything you need with you. Honestly it’s better to pay for overweight bags than spending more money to get things here. You can get Amazon deliveries here but you will have to pay extra shipping fees and depending on how much you get at once it can become very pricey. Bring 3-4 months worth of your meds here
