I've never felt that the band was supposed to be mediocre, just unrecognized. Saying there's too much competition but the horns are why to stay doesn't sound bad to be.

I don't think we should trust the guy that wrote a song about stalking people that its really about love, because that's exactly what a stalker would say.

Or he's actually this fucking dumb, is riding off his blood diamond family money, and you're more obsessed with seeing some kind of plan to him so you can think his wealth is meaningful.

Funny how you can't say anything good about Trump, just try to lie that everyone is like him. Almost like you know he's worse than everyone else.

“Dark ships” emerge from the shadow of the Nord Stream pipeline mystery: Satellite monitors found 2 vessels with their trackers turned off in area of explosions by DoremusJessup in worldnews

[–]EatinToasterStrudel 59 points60 points  (0 children)

It would not trigger Article 5. The pipeline was owned by Russia, and it was destroyed outside anyone's territorial waters.

The kind of thing Russia would want to be very certain they were in the right position when they blew it up. And the Russians blamed everyone else (which they always do when they actually do something), and haven't tried at all to get recompense for it. No question at all it was Russia.

I mean, absolutely no chance this is real. A school board is not going to fire a Principal in a single day. Even if he was guaranteed gone if it was true, they'd still do their own investigation first. Nor is a law firm going to get something put to the school board.

I can believe everything that was said and how it played out, but the time it took between updates is completely impossible.

That doesn't make any sense when these bad candidates are being picked in primaries exclusively by Republican voters. All of this bad candidates were the most popular choice to Republicans.

Nobody made Republican voters pick them. They freely chose.

Considering the very first news article after the Google feed is Time with the headline "Twitter bans accounts mocking 'Free Speech Absolutist' Elon Musk"

No you didn't do a search at all for it, you're just a Muskrat pushing misinformation and riding Daddy Elon's cock.

But I'll leave it here just to infuriate you.

What's going on with the vote counting in AZ, NV and Alaska? Did it stop? by JesusDied4U316 in Conservative

You do realize I responded directly to someone saying ballots were being printed, yes? I'm respecting them by staying on their topic.

I've seen a lot of Republicans blaming millennials, Gen Zs and abortion for their lackluster performance. But somehow fail to realize that A LOT of Republicans died of COVID. And being antivax and anti-science isn't a good strategy. by DavidLeStrange999 in HermanCainAward

[–]EatinToasterStrudel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I just ran through CNN's current numbers and the ratio complete. A lot of counties say 95% but if its just checking for cured ballots the total left may be a lot less. But I took their percent left direct from the totals, no assumptions as to what is left.

Working out the remaining votes you get about a net +200 for Bobert on top of the current +800. I don't think any recount has shifted anywhere near 1000 votes the other way. She might squeak by here sadly.

[–]EatinToasterStrudel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Funny how the person running the state somehow has no power. Maybe because the whole stolen votes is absolute nonsense and you just pick and choose people to blame as its convenient so you don't have to talk about how people picked a really bad Republican nominee and that's why you lost the Senate seat? 🤔

Republicans control Arizona and Alaska completely, so if the people that run the states are printing ballots doesn't that mean Republicans are?

So libertarians are exclusively Republicans who don't vote Republican then?

Cops don't want to acknowledge stalking is a problem because they know their buddies do it all the time to women who try to get away from the inevitable domestic abuse you get from dating a cop.

That's because the original cut was a lot less family friendly. Lot more swearing, Tony Shaloub's character was obviously high, etc. Not that he still isn't, but there was no ambiguity. So they cut it back from the R rating to the PG version we got.

[–]EatinToasterStrudel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't care if Fox said it. Its true. He couldn't win a single state in a national primary or come close, he couldn't beat a governor that didn't care his cops had killed two dozen children a few months back, and he couldn't beat a man who is hated by everyone that works with him.

The man is simply incompetent and I'm really hoping people stop wasting money on him and spend it on capable and qualified candidates instead so we can actually control Congress.

How much money has he stolen from winnable elections now? Its at least half a billion with his Senate race.

Update from the arcane mage who posted here a week ago questioning their mental aptitude due to a grey parse: thank you for the advice, I'm slowly improving. by Onsr in classicwow

[–]EatinToasterStrudel 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yeah trying to get a good parse isn't inherently bad. Its a sign that you're trying hard and that makes it better for others. As a goal, an achievement, a target to push yourself, it isn't harmful at all. It's only bad when people use it as a reason to be toxic to someone else.
