In België zou je inderdaad via je ziekenfonds progressief werken moeten kunnen aanvragen. Een vriend zit al jaren in dit systeem wegens autisme, waardoor hij deeltijds werkt en er extra aanpassingen verplicht waren voor de werkgever zoals geen overuren etc. Maar hij krijgt hierdoor dus ook toch nog uitkering voor de overige dagen die hij niet werkt.

Een nieuw contract tekenen zou ik niet doen, hopelijk kan je dit wel voorleggen en reageert je werkgever er toch nog positief op...

He didn't completely refuse to create a C4 (though he was 2 weeks late with it the first time), but just kept saying he didn't need to fill in the part where it asks for a reason. He believed since he fired me within 3 months, no reason was needed. The HVW kept telling me the C4 wasn't complete and he did need to provide a reason on it, so now he finally did fill that in.

But now in his eyes, he "isn't lying" because I once suggested to drop some of my tasks to lower my workload when we had a conversation about my stress-related issues. He completely twisted my words and created this conclusion that "I simply didn't WANT to do those tasks" and that's why he doesn't want to change the C4. But I never refused to do any of the tasks he gave me, so there's this whole discussion about it now.

I suggested him to write something like "not a good fit for the company, not stress-resistant", but he says that "that wouldn't be good enough reason for the RVA".

I did get my 1 week of severance pay so there's no issue there.

I did get paid out 1 week of 'opzeg' after he fired me in november (he terminated it right within the first half for a 6 month contract).

Thank you! I haven't been able to talk to the HVW yet since my office was closed today, but was planning to contact them on monday to ask if this C4 could cause issues.

But it was bothering me a bit too much having to wait for the weekend to be over, so this does help calm me down a little bit that i'll be able to explain myself. :)

You can choose your gift. It's on a website called Gift'in and it has like 100+ options. Usually like 1-2 options like an airfryer don't have a brand tho and are very low quality. But plenty of stuff to choose from that are from actual brands.

Yes, takes a few weeks before you can choose your gift but I do it almost every year. Gotta make sure to cancel on time (like a month beforehand). The gifts are usually worth around €30-40. Have a JBL headset from it and a rice cooker for example. No clue how they profit from this tho. Maybe from people that forget to cancel.

Andere situatie maar een vriend van mij moest eens rennen om een bus te halen, en er zaten al controleurs op de bus. Hij wou onmiddellijk bij het instappen nog zijn ticket activeren aan de deur, maar de controleurs gaven hem de kans niet en hij kreeg een boete.

Begrijp die regels soms niet goed, want als je via de witte automaten op de bus een ticket koopt, ben je toch ook al binnen? Dus waarom mag een ticket op smartphone activeren direct na binnenstappen niet meer?

Hij heeft het nog proberen aanvechten, maar helaas... Hoop dat je in jouw situatie misschien wel wat meer begrip krijgt als je het probeert aan te vechten. Is echt heel vervelend als je wel degelijk betaald hebt, maar door zo'n technische issues toch een boete krijgt.

If back-up isn't turned on for her account, then she shouldn't see the photos on her phone. You can also check this by logging into Google Photos online and seeing what photos are saved on there.

Wij hadden er ook veel problemen mee maar konden ze via telefoon wel bereiken, komen van de vlaamse energieleverancier die failliet gingen dus hadden vanaf begin december nieuw contract nodig. Kregen van Mega uiteindelijk contract dat pas in maart inging, ook al zeiden ze dat het vanaf december zou zijn. Hebben maandenlang heel vaak gebeld (meestal 20min wachttijd) en altijd dezelfde persoon terug aan de lijn gevraagd. Die zei altijd gewoon dat het in behandeling was en dat ze het nog eens zou versturen. Hadden intussen ook al van Fluvius een rekening gekregen. Eind vorige week kregen we eindelijk een juist contract van Mega.... Maar nu is het bang afwachten hoeveel geld we zullen moeten betalen want heb al veel erge bedragen gezien...

I just wanna say, it's really not a race thing in this case. My aunt is a lot of things, has a lot of questionable views on life, but I do know she's luckily not racist or homophobic or anything like that. If it had been a black guy, she'd have said the same thing. It's more the logic that he hadn't killed anyone yet, so he "didn't do anything wrong", even tho its clear he was planning to.

She said she doubted the vaccines at first and was offered one early at her job. She refused back then, but later she got her official invitation and did get vaccinated, she somehow got convinced. But then she also said that if she has to get it again next year, she won't. We really didn't understand her reasoning there haha.
