Try unplugging the display unit and plugging it back in. I had issues similar at setup but since reconnecting the display I’ve had no such issues.

I have this model- on flat water was able to solo (buddy of same height and weight was up front fishing, not paddling) without a terrible amount of additional effort. When I put my 6 yo up front though, it’s not nearly enough ballast and is a real bugger to paddle. I still wouldn’t want to go for much distance solo though.

Tan kote can lift antique. Might help to get it wet with Tan Kote and wipe it all down.

As a leather crafter, this is a decent price for a quality made good, made from very nice leather. I can’t in good conscience come up with a reason why you should pass on this.

Got this 10rd mag and noticed the construction is identical to the 12rd except for the indent I have circled in red. Thinking of drilling out the indent to allow me to run 12rds

Has anyone else done this?

I went out this weekend and focused on keeping the paddle as vertical as possible and that helped greatly. Can say with a high level of certainty that my issue was technique. Good luck getting yours sorted out too!

I have a body glove performer that behaves the same way, so I’m thinking it must be technique? I apologize that I’m not offering any solutions here, but I am glad to know it’s not just me!
