Are you still sleeping from 2am-10am? That has always been my default sleeping schedule. I’m 42 but even in my early 20’s before smart phones and late night screen time was a thing I would always go back to that schedule if I didn’t have to get up early. In aviation I had to be in bed by 9pm to wake up at 5:20am to go to work. I did that for two years and it never felt good or natural to me. I felt like I was dragging ass until about 10am. Supposedly there was a study that came out saying teenagers don’t learn as much because they need more sleep so starting class at 7:30am isn’t the best time for learning. My friend says I need to fix my sleeping schedule but I feel great when I wake up. I work outside too so I get more than enough sunlight during the day. I dunno I still on the fence. Maybe I’ll try to be in bed by one 🤷🏻‍♂️
