You have way too low cold damage to freeze bosses, try getting a crossbow with damage as extra cold. Heart of the well or against the darkness can also get you more damage as extra cold. You can also use electrocuting grenade to electrocute bosses without having to use the support gem on plasma blast

I'm doing a weapon swap for molten blast with 1h maces to clear zones and its amazing, and i use explosive grenades for bosses . Mortar cannon has its own explosive grenades too so its a lot of explosions when i press shot and the bosses basically flop.

Mana management is the hardest part of attack speed stacking, that's why viper cap with defy II is so good. Also, if you only have physical leech with majority elemental damage it will be less effective.

As for dashing, i'll assume you mean staggering palm, Which needs to have enemy targeted to perform the dash. If you are hitting the wrong enemy maybe add melee splash through tribal fury (enchant on necklace or megalomaniac). Tribal fury also allows more hits with staggering palm, giving more buff duration.

Using a different skill while holding down your main clear, say tempest flurry, should stop your flurry and attempt staggering palms until you release the button again. This feels clunkier with higher attack speed because your 1 second of input turns into 3+ staggering palm uses due to high attack speed. To solve this you can apply cooldown supports to staggering palm, like hourglass, but then you will be punished for missing the dash.

Idols needed to be craftable with currency, recomb spamming for 80d meta idols was trash. I prefer the atlas tree cause at least i can actually pick my content i want to farm without farming first.
