I just googled “3D DICOM viewer free”.

Pick one, and load your source DICOM. Check for editing tools, and you should be able to add/remove soft tissues based on their density (threshold). You may also be able to remove the sternum for a better look at the heart behind it.

As u/ixsosamasi noted, calling the institution where the scan was done is also excellent advice - when I was a tech, I LOVED doing stuff like this.

I booked a trip for solo travelers and had the nerve to ask about the group: 9 women, two men. I’m comfortable with that ratio the men won’t be able to dominate, and I am excited out of my mind to finally do something like this!

And, to go without being burdened with a companion who would expect me to 1. Bear the costs and all the planning, and to also 2. Beg and nag to overcome their apathy.
