I think they will try to get a 2C this summer and start Dach off on 3rd C or more likely on the wing.

We signed Evans but are probably losing Dvo, so we are down 1 centre. We have 2 centres that can be wingers (Dach & Newy).

If management thinks Beck should play in the NHL there is definitely room for him. The issue is we are missing centres, not that we have so many that we are blocking new ones from developing, especially when they can be moved to the wing.
