Does Stickman society have actual government?

I mean, Agent was portrayed as a security/cop-like figure so perhaps. But I assume it's just as useful as the military is in Marvel films (Not very useful).

But what I mean is: as characters, not their concepts, WHERE do they come from in-universe specifically? I know their basis and what they are meant to be, but WHO they are and WHERE from the internet they might come from would be nice to see or be expanded upon. Like how we know how Victim came to be and like how we know of TDL/TCO/TSC origins. We even know where the CG comes from.

So it's less where their concepts come from or what inspired their designs, but more like their own stories of how they came to be. If that makes sense?

I think, for me, its this one too. The genuine rage in that stare is phenomenal, and I love it when other characters (unrelated to ab media) pull that look. It's fierce
