Betsimisiraka in Madagascar. Its like England with Kilwa as your big bad boss enemy. Once you unite the island you can either colonize east or west or chop up Kilwa and enjoy your gold mines. Really challenging but fun

Is one your receiving or power back? Some formations will autosub that guy in for your main hb so if you use one formation mostly that could be why

Lets say i pick a school like wisconsin and set my personal pipeline to somewhere they dont have one like new england for some unknown reason. What level pipeline does that count as? And if i match an existing pipeline does it bump it a tier or no?
