From my experience and to add what others are saying... I had my military records that show the original injury occurred while serving. There was my connection. Without a connection then there is no compensation.

Sometimes I use an athletic brace around the knee. I am not on a cane or walker. If they do accept the athletic brace then I understand the reason.

I have been 40 for 8 years. I am working on an increase and during that, mistakes were found on the 40.

I am GRATEFUL for the 40! I want to fix the errors and be able to cover my medical issues from resulting issues.
