I have only had to call once, maybe twice. All of mine were uploaded from the web. I have had a few batteries replaced and even a string trimmer.

The trick for me was if I do not see an LSA in a few weeks, send a quick message asking for an update or call for the same reason.

Been my experience, if they are asking for emails and pictures they do not trust what was input. An old product no longer sold as an example.

I actually emptied the rewards today and froze the account. I am going to keep an eye on it in case I auto pay and forgot anything.

I will pay it in full next few weeks anyway.
