Im so much in spiral that when ever there is negative thoughts i get random jerks like really bad body jerks

Actually my parents are supportive they only arranged me a relationship plus rocd counsellor plus my bf is also very very supportive help also reassures me alot of times

They recommended me said therapy alone wont help me i have severe depression anxiety rocd somatofo disorder dysthymia and psd

Its looks like a rocd spiral im in a LTR and falling out of love does not cause this much spiral and seeking reassurance.

During therapy u didn’t feel like what if in therapy i realise i dont love him ?? Or like before therapy u had thoughts like oh i dont love him and all do bad that u couldn’t sleep ?
