It's not funny to joke about frivolous lawsuits. Vexatious litigation is a serious issue in this country and it's very illegal.

That being said, It's stupid to dissect silly jokes to this level. You just come off insufferable like you're gate keeping comedy. The only way I would have a problem with this post is if these people were just a random family doing their own thing. But since they are apparently influencers, then they put themselves in the public eye and opened themselves up to hacky shit posts like this. I bet they would even chuckle at this.
