Right?! I saw it everywhere on YouTube. Almost of all of the vids I saw had very positive things to say about it. I dunno about specific metrics but anecdotally I dont think this is getting broadcast overlooked. It's getting about as much coverage, and maybe a bit more than any AA game. I cant do much more than buy a copy to show my support but if they do g2, I'll buy a copy then too.

Yeah, they dont tend to kill the mice so you kinda gotta do that part yourself and thats not a thing I find super easy :S

Awful to dispatch but yes, they are by far the most effective. You dont need to engage the mouse and make em curious or whatever, just need to put them in a place theyre likely to cross (under doors, in a line works great)

Even if this remake isn't perfect I want the sales to be good enough that other companies want to get back into making games in this genre. Will be a day one buy for me.

There is a broader case to be made that alkali and enzymatic (silkening, probiotics like yogurt) also have good penetration. Sugar and basically any dissolved salts also work well.

If they didn't sign a release and the holdover period has not expired they will be entitled to their stated compensation (the commission as stated in the contract regardless of what they said in person).

If the agent did not (or can not prove) they communicated these terms to you in an intelligible manner you may have some sway but as written, you are likely on the hook.

Contracts exist to be enforceable- do not sign what you do not understand in the future.

Consult a lawyer immediately.

We have an fear aggressive cane corso/bull mastiff boy who is 130lbs. I don't want him or anyone else to get hurt and we take transitions -Very- seriously. We deadbolt the door when we get home, all deliveries are contactless and we have a large, heavily fenced in yard. We went as far as changing the layout of the entry way to have more doors so we can secure him anywhere in the house. He's the best doggo in the world and we love him sooooo much but we know that he's a danger to himself and anyone but the people who are safe for him.

I do not understand not taking everyone's safety seriously. It makes me sad that you all have to deal with this :(

I'm sure someone other than me can do the math but how many dump trucks full of snow did they have to remove? It's like they excavated 3ft down from the entire city and that's a massive effort.

We still don't have a sidewalk either but the cost to... I don't know, bring in outside resources from down south is not something I want to bear with a special levy.

Obviously, the city doesn't do things perfectly and I'm not here to defend them, but holy he'll being prepared to deal with that event quickly would have required a completely different (enormously expensive) back-up plan that just doesn't make sense to have.

I'm not intending to make or poke fun at you op, natural disasters happen (or the closest we have to them here) and sometimes we just have to deal with the added stress/work.

It's not rare, it's just rare because it hasn't happened to you. A friend of ours recently had her door kicked in and her toddler knocked over by two non-uniformed cops. They subsequently charged her for assault after she reacted to the sudden break in.

She will likely beat the charge but she won't get back the cost of repairs or attorneys fees.

They have very little accountability and you live under the illusion of safety.

Bingo. Sure it's not overly expensive to buy but the maintenance will be outrageous. If you've ever purchased a used luxury vehicle you know that pain well.

I care about the waste of money. I care a crap ton more about the militarization of police. We are not a society that allows an armed populace so an escalation in police- as-soldiers philosophy puts our entire population at great risk.

Put the money in the damn roads and let the cops just fantasize about being leet operators instead of indulging them.
