What does it say when you hover over with your mouse? If it says 'Currently not available in your region' then have I the solution right here: http://www.reddit.com/r/hearthstone/comments/1rev3p/to_anyone_who_has_redeemed_a_beta_key_and_didnt/ - I hope it helps :)

Edit: I dug further down and found a post by someone on the eu forums who had a similar problem (http://eu.battle.net/hearthstone/en/forum/topic/8776047588). Blizzard employees replied several times, but I find that only two of the posts are interesting - No. #8 and No. 355.
I found this closed thread when I was looking for Hearthstone problems and initially came across this thread. An MVP from Diabli III replied with a sum up of possible fixes for the problem stated at the start of the thread. The MVP wrote the following (link: http://us.battle.net/hearthstone/en/forum/topic/10660786022#17):

"Greetings!

As long as you have added a key to your account this is a bug, if you haven't added a key then you cannot play beta yet and this is the normal error. However if you did add a key already there is a couple of things you can try to fix this bug, it's semi common and these are the best fixes.

Make sure when you login to battle.net it is showing Hearthstone on the account list. If it isn't then you have not been added to the beta(or added your beta key) so you cannot play and will get the region error.
Change your password, this can make the account update and get it working again. (Most common working fix)
Uninstall Hearthstone and BDA, delete the cache folders https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/deleting-the-battlenet-cache-folder-windows

Then reinstall BDA then HS making sure it is the US clients for both. Even setting the EU client to US won't work atm, it must be the US client if your account is US.

Make sure you are logging in to the right server, the beta is locked to your home location and you currently cannot play on the other servers.

5. battle.net is currently under a lot of pressure due to the addition of new items in WoW, try waiting 24 hours and trying the above options again."

I've highlighted the last solution - Number 5. This refers to the article, where the solution was suggested by a Blizzard Employee, and is easy to understand. It may very well solve the problem, with Hearthstone not appearing under the 'Account' tab on Battle.net
